Lei Guo joined Duke Kunshan University on February 6, 2023 as Research Fellow in Health Policy and System at Global Health Research Center, reporting to Professor Shenglan Tang, Co-director of Global Health Research Center. He will work on global health projects including literature review, research project development, fieldwork and quality control, data management and analysis, project report drafting, and other related tasks.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical English from Peking University in 2016, and Master’s degree in Global Health from Duke Kunshan University in 2018. Previously, he worked at Duke Global Health Institute in Durham, North Carolina from 2019 to 2022 as Associate in Research.

Yanxin Wang joined Duke Kunshan University on January 15, 2024 as Research Fellow in Global Health, in Global Health Research Center, reporting to Prof. Chenkai Wu.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine in June 2020, and Master’s degree in Biostatistics from Duke University in May 2023.

Previously, she worked at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina from May 2022 to July 2023 as a research assistant. And she also worked at University of California, Irvine, California from July 2020 to February 2021 as research assistant.

Tianhui Ke joined Duke Kunshan University on January 2, 2024 as Research Fellow in Health Systems and Policy, reporting to Prof. Qian Long. She works on global health projects including literature review, research project development, fieldwork and quality control, data management and analysis, project report drafting, and other related tasks.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Management and Communication from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in June 2019, and Master’s degree in Public Health from University of Melbourne in July 2021.

Previously, she worked at the Burnet Institute in Melbourne as a Research Assistant for two years. During the time she worked in Burnet, she has collaborated with a wide range of research partners to facilitate successful project implementation and also gained experience in participant engagement, survey building, data management and analysis.

徐健鸿于2023年12月4日加入昆山杜克大学全球健康研究中心担任全球健康助理研究员，导师为吴晨凯教授。他的主要工作职责包括使用STATA、R或Python进行科研项目的数据管理与分析，并协助完成其他研究相关工作，包括但不限于基金申请的统计部分、文献综述、论文撰写以及会议汇报。此外，他还将负责协调实地调研与原始数据收集、项目管理及其他行政事务。

他于2022年7月获得宁波诺丁汉大学经济学（荣誉）学士学位，并于2023年12月获得伦敦大学学院健康经济学与决策科学硕士学位。他的研究兴趣包括疾病负担评估、与气候变化相关的健康风险预测以及应用计量经济学。在此之前，他曾在昆山杜克大学全球健康研究中心实习，参与健康政策与体系研究项目。

Yanqin Zhang joined Duke Kunshan University on December 1, 2023 as Research Fellow at the Global Health Research Center, reporting to Prof. Yunguo Liu. Her main job responsibilities are assisting professors on health-related research work, participating and conducting research activities in global health and liaising with research partners to facilitate collaborative project implementation.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in June 2019, and Master’s degree in Public Health from University of Melbourne in July 2021. Previously, she worked at Burnet Institute in Melbourne as Research Assistant.

Yuxuan Wang joined Duke Kunshan University on July 1, 2024 as a Research Fellow in the Global Health Research Center, reporting to Professor Lijing Yan. His responsibilities include working on global health and China-based projects, data analysis, statistical model building, grant proposals, manuscript writing, and more.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (Preventive Medicine) from Wuhan University in June 2020 and his Master’s degree in Global Health from Duke Kunshan University in May 2024.

Yuxuan has extensive research experience in global health, public health, statistics and biology. He has worked on studies such as optimizing and evaluating a community-based hypertension ealth intervention program and data analysis based on the CLHLS and NHANES databases.

Haolin Li joined Duke Kunshan University on June 3, 2024 as Research Fellow in Global Health, reporting to Prof. Chenkai Wu. His main job responsibilities include working on data management and analysis using STATA, R, or Python for research projects, and assisting in other research work including but not limited to statistical section of grant proposals, literature review, manuscript writing, and conference presentation.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester in June 2022, and Master’s degree in Global Health from Duke University in May 2024.

Yizhou Ma joined Duke Kunshan University on August 1, 2024, as a research fellow in the Global Health Research Center, reporting to Professor Lijing Yan. Her main job responsibilities are the multimorbidity program management in Kunshan, including research development, project management, fieldwork and quality control, data cleaning, management, and analyses, and drafting project reports, data analysis and statistical model building, and also providing assistance to other research work. She will also contribute to capacity building (training and teaching) activities within and outside of the Global Health Research Center.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Institutions and Governance/Economics from Duke Kunshan University in May 2022, and her Master’s degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan—Ann Arbor in May 2024.

Fangming Chang joined Duke Kunshan University on November 4, 2024, as Research Fellow in Global Health, reporting to Assistant Professor of Global Health, Dr. Marius Wamsiedel. Her primary research interest focuses on improving the quality of life for older adults and addressing health disparities across the life course, with particular emphasis on the health outcomes associated with productive engagement in later life. Her main job responsibilities include conducting qualitative interviews with different stakeholders to gather insights on health practices and challenges. She also assists in comprehensive literature reviews on primary healthcare in China to drive forward the research initiatives.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Shandong Normal University in 2020, followed by a Master’s degree in Sociology from The University of Warwick in 2022.

Prior to her current role, she worked as a policy researcher in Shanghai from April to October in 2024, where she conducted research and provided consulting services to various government clients.

刘子祺于2025年4月1日加入昆山杜克大学，担任卫生政策与体系研究员，直属上级为全球健康助理教授张馨予。她在盖茨基金会资助的中国疫苗交付项目及其他卫生政策与体系相关项目中开展工作，内容包括高质量研究的开展、复杂数据集的分析、科研基金申请撰写以及论文写作，并在导师指导下参与本科生和研究生的科研指导工作。

她于2023年6月获得山东农业大学食品质量与安全工学学士学位以及英语文学学士学位并于2025年5月获得杜克大学全球健康理学硕士学位。
