Danyue Tian is the Senior Recruitment and Admissions Officer for Global Health. Her main job responsibilities include planning and executing a variety of on-campus and off-campus activities and events to promote the MSc-GH Program, as well as recruiting and admitting high-quality domestic and international students.

Mengxi Yan joined Duke Kunshan University on July 21, 2025, as Program Assistant, for In-Vitro Diagnostics Project, reporting to Liang Yu, Associate Director of Lifelong Learning, with a dotted line reporting to Prof. Fujie Xu, Co-Director of Global Health. Her main job responsibilities are supporting a project aimed at strengthening the regulatory ecosystem for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), a joint initiative between Executive Education and the Global Health Research Center.

She received her bachelor’s degree in choreography from Shanghai University of Sport in July 2025.

Previously, she worked at Duke Kunshan University in Kunshan from November 2024 to June 2025 as Intern for Executive Education and Lifelong Learning. And she worked at Hangzhou Youth United Nations Summer Campy in Switzerland in July 2024 as Accompanying Teacher and Publicity Team Lead.

Qingyang Niu joined Duke Kunshan University in August 2025 as an Administrative Assistant for the NCD Research Program and the IRoNman Lab, reporting to Prof. Lijing Yan. In this role, she serves as a key operational anchor, managing the full spectrum of administrative and financial functions that underpin the program’s research and partner engagement activities.

Her primary responsibilities span program and financial management, event coordination, and team support. She manages end-to-end logistical affairs—including complex calendar coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, and high-profile event planning. She plays a central role in financial administration, overseeing pre- and post-award contract management, sub-award agreements, and reimbursement processing across multiple fund codes and partner institutions. She also supports human resources processes for student workers and interns, facilitates internal and external stakeholder communications, and assists with periodic reporting and academic output filing.

Prior to joining DKU, she gained HR and administrative experience at Monash University in Suzhou, which brings strong organizational and bilingual communication skills to her work.  She is dedicated to building efficient systems and processes that enable the NCD research team to focus on advancing evidence-based chronic disease prevention and global health equity.

Tiantian Qin joined Duke Kunshan University on December 8, 2025, as a Program Coordinator for the MSc in Global Health (MSc-GH) program, reporting to Kaikai Yang, Associate Director of the Global Health Program.

In this role, she serves as the primary contact and liaison for the MSc-GH program, ensuring its seamless operation. Her responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive student services—from orientation through thesis defense and graduation—coordinating with academic and administrative units, and delivering support to faculty. She also organizes program events, assists with student recruitment initiatives, and works to enhance student employability by forging partnerships with employers and coordinating career development workshops.

Tiantian earned her bachelor’s degree in Japanese from Nanjing Agricultural University in June 2020 and her master’s degree in Social Work from Nanjing University in June 2023. Prior to joining Duke Kunshan University, she worked as an Executive Assistant at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, from August 2023 to November 2025.

Yijie Nan joined Duke Kunshan University on February 24, 2025, as Administrative Assistant for Global Health Research Center, reporting to Kaikai Yang, Assistant Director of the Global Health Program. In this role, her main job responsibilities are to assist in the organization and execution of seminars, workshops, and conferences. Additionally, she supports the development and dissemination of promotional materials across various platforms, including social media, websites, and annual reports, to enhance the program’s visibility and engagement.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Nantong University in June 2023 and is expected to receive her Master’s degree in Child Development and Family Education from Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in April 2025.

Previously, she worked as an intern in the Office of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning at Duke Kunshan University from August 2024 to February 2025, gaining valuable experience in program coordination and academic administration.

Ziyi Zhu (Judy) joined Duke Kunshan University on November 1, 2024, as Administrative Assistant for the Innovation Lab for Vaccine Delivery Research, reporting to the Director of Global Health, Prof. Tang Shenglan. Her main job responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day activities of the VaxLab, assisting team members with project execution, facilitating meetings and workshops, and providing support for communication-related work.

Before joining DKU, Ziyi worked as an HR intern at the UNICEF China Country Office in Beijing. Prior to that, she served as a Research Assistant at Beijing Normal University, contributing to various research projects on health policy.

She received her Master’s degree in Social Medicine and Health Management from Beijing Normal University in June 2024, and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Social Security from Nanjing Normal University in June 2021.
