Global health scientists at Duke Kunshan have teamed up with Duke University’s Common Cents Lab (CCL) to create a co-learning network in China supporting research into interventions that can help families improve their financial security.
Researchers who are interested will partner with financial service providers to pilot and test behaviorally-informed solutions to improve financial wellbeing of low and middle-income populations in China.
Hongsheng Lu, whose research focuses on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and the role technologies can play in the approach and treatment of NCDs, carried out a 10-week fieldwork project in Lima, Peru.
