Ms. Kaikai Yang Appointed Associate Director of Global Health Program

Duke Kunshan University (DKU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Kaikai Yang as Associate Director of the Global Health Program, effective July 1, 2025. In this role, she will oversee strategic administration and operational excellence across the MSc in Global Health Program and the Global Health Research Center.

With nearly a decade of dedicated service to DKU’s Global Health Program since joining in 2015, Ms. Yang has been instrumental in project management, academic quality assurance, student support, and cross-functional collaboration. She has served as a key liaison for program leadership, managed daily operations, and facilitated critical initiatives such as fieldwork coordination and Duke semester exchanges.

In her new capacity, Ms. Yang will provide leadership in program planning, financial management, human resources, and professional development for administrative staff. She will also collaborate closely with the Director of Graduate Studies to enhance student recruitment, academic standards, career development services, and co-curricular engagement. Additionally, she will drive strategic partnerships, external relations, and interdisciplinary collaboration among faculty, researchers, students, and global health partners.

Ms. Yang holds a master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as an International Language from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Prior to joining DKU, she served as a Personal Assistant to the Dean of International Business School Suzhou, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and as an assistant to Vice General Manager in a joint venture company.
