About the HPRG

Established in May 2025 through the initiative of the Global Health Research Center at Duke Kunshan University and supported by E Fund Management Co., Ltd., the Health Policy Research Group (HPRG) serves as a collaborative platform dedicated to advancing health policy research and innovation in China.The project engages researchers from leading national think tanks and academic institutions. Grounded in an approach that emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and the integration of policy, academia, and industry, HPRG is committed to deepening research on healthcare system reform, promoting evidence-based policymaking, and facilitating the translation of research outcomes into practice.

Since its inception, the group has established close partnerships with national and local Health Commissions, Medical Insurance Bureaus, and research institutions, building a robust platform for collaborative research and policy engagement in support of the Healthy China Initiative and the continuous improvement of population health。

Vision

HPRG seeks to deepen research on healthcare system reform, strengthen policy advocacy and translation into practice, and contribute to the implementation of the Healthy China Initiative and the improvement of population health.
