In August 2018, the exposure biology and chemistry lab (EBCL) under Global Health Research Center moved back to Kunshan Nucleic Acid Base from Qingpu Environmental Monitoring Station. The new lab will enable researchers to perform the biospecimens preparation and analysis in one place. With the supporting infrastructure provided by the nucleic acid base and the powerful analytic instruments in the lab, researchers can also explore leading-edge analytical tools and develop new methods for the analysis of trace amount of biomarkers. Potential collaborations could also be initiated by connecting with the pharmaceutical companies located nearby.
