Newly tenured faculty hailed as next generation of academic leaders.
With the support of United Nations agencies, the Health Policy and System Research Team led by Professor Qian Long at the Global Health Research Center participated in a series of studies on the quality of healthcare services for chronic disease management in low- and middle-income countries.
In October 2022, the “World Health Summit” was held in Berlin, the capital of Germany. Two second-year MSc-GH students were invited to attend and received research awards from the WHO.
Three GHRC professors have received Duke Kunshan University grants to support their research into global health issues.
The prevalence of shame in the medical field was highlighted at the first Duke Kunshan University workshop on resilience.
Duke Kunshan University Global Health Program welcomed the joining of Dr. Marius Wamsiedel on July 1st, 2022. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Global Health, conducting research and teaching at Duke Kunshan University.
